Delete your BioDream account

This page explains how to delete your BioDream account and the data associated with it. BioDream is published by BioDream LLC.

Delete your account from within the app

1. Open BioDream and go to the Settings tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete My Account.
3. Confirm by tapping Delete Permanently.

Your account and its data are then deleted. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete some of your data without deleting your account

You can delete an individual companion and everything tied to it while keeping your account and your other companions:

1. Open BioDream and go to the Companions list.
2. Tap the trash icon on the companion you want to remove.
3. When prompted, type confirm and confirm the deletion.

This permanently deletes that companion's conversations, memories, and photos from your device. Your account, and any other companions, are left untouched. Because this data is stored only on your device, nothing needs to be removed from our servers.

Request deletion without using the app

If you cannot access the app, email support@biodream.ai from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify your identity and process the request.

What is deleted

• On your device: all conversations, memories, companions, and photos, together with your local app data. BioDream stores these in an encrypted on-device database; they are never uploaded to our servers.
• On our servers: your account record, including your email address, account identifier, and subscription status, and your sign-in identity.

What is kept, and for how long

Anonymous, aggregated safety metrics (for example, counts of crisis-resource referrals) contain no information that identifies you and are retained as anonymized aggregates. Pseudonymous crash and diagnostic reports may be retained for a limited period for stability and security purposes. We may also retain limited records where required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or tax purposes, only for as long as the law requires.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
